Richard Fogg - Vice President of Engineering

Richard Fogg Mr. Fogg has over 35 years of production management, chemical and environmental engineering, process optimization and project management experience in the pulp & paper, chemical, tobacco and pharmaceutical industries. His project management expertise includes scope development, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, personnel supervision, contractor coordination, engineering and design oversight, safety, training, and start-up assistance. His experience spans the entire project lifecycle from concept to training and start-up and continuous process improvement. His engineering capabilities include thermodynamics, fluid flow analysis, equipment and material specifications, P&ID and flow diagram development, tank and pressure vessel design, process piping specifications, cost estimation, and environmental, health, and safety compliance. His background includes extensive industrial experience involving process design, new process development, equipment startup and training, and process troubleshooting.

Mr. Fogg has previously served in roles ranging from process/environmental engineer to production manager to assistant plant manager. He has managed the startup and training for numerous major plant facilities including a “state of the art” ozone bleach plant, a 600,000 lb/hr, 1500 psig, recovery boiler and a VOC incinerator. He also managed a major rebuild of a large industrial boiler involving the replacement of the generating and economizer sections and wall tubes. He is trained in project management and has ISO, PSM, cGMP, and environmental compliance experience.
